Apollo will make a great addition to an active family!
Apollo is a 10 month old boxer mix pup that has turned into a healthy lover boy from a frightened and starved stray. He had been on his own from a baby, never handled, and began coming in a dog door to get food. The owners dogs didn’t want him in their territory, and they lived right on a highway – so he eventually got hit by a car. They took him to their vet to be repaired, neutered, and gotten current on vaccinations; then brought him to us. He just shook and ran from everyone until volunteers just sat in his kennel with him and got him used to being touched. He is about 10 months now, about 40 lbs, and very adoptable.
